This pats has THE BEST Italian subs I have ever had, hands down!!!!!! I can't rave about this sub enough. It tastes so fresh and they don't skimp on the meat, absolutely delicious. I don't live in the area, I only get something when I'm visiting, but I make it a priority to stop at this pats. They are the bomb, 100% recommended.
This place is terrible. I just placed an order, told them my new address over the phone. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I call to see where it is and they say it’s out for delivery. Then the delivery guy calls to tell me he’s at my old address. Instead of taking a five minute drive to drop it off at my new address he tells me he has to take it back to the store. I then called the store and they offered nothing more than an apology after placing me on hold for a few minutes, so I cancelled the order. Will never order here again.
I tried to order and woman owner yelled at me to "how about you hold on for a minute" and then screamed at her daughter (I suppose) for being on her phone right infront of me
The food is pretty good the service could be slightly better
the people who work here are the rudest people i've ever met. they don't give customers the respect they deserve. i quote "they were pissed when we came in"
