Never encountered such professionalism in my life. They answered every question I️ had even kept me up to date with special deals. The current staff is excellent.
Have been using public storage on Lansdowne Ave in Upper Darby for 2 years to store samples used for business. Was ok for first year, but rate increased by $40 per month the second year. The elevator works 1 out of 10 times when needed. Just got a notice their hours are changing to when you can access your unit to be after 9:30 and before 6:00. I would normally go early at 6 or 7 am to get what was needed for the day. Getting less for more is how I feel about this place.
